El Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología y Medio Ambiente de la República de Cuba invita a investigadores, profesionales, educadores, especialistas, gestores, empresarios y demás personas interesadas de todo el mundo, a participar en la VII Convención Internacional sobre Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo que bajo el lema “Formar Conciencia para Salvar al Planeta" se realizará, entre el 6 y el 10 de julio del 2009, en el Palacio de Convenciones de La Habana.

The Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment of the Republic of Cuba invites researchers, professionals, educators, specialists, entrepreneurs, managers and the rest of persons interested on the subject worldwide, to participate in the 7TH International Convention on Environment and Development that under the slogan “Creating Awareness to Save the Planet” will be held in Havana from July the 6th to 10th, 2009, at the Conventions Palace in Havana.

La Convención es la reunión internacional tradicional más importante sobre Medio Ambiente que se celebra en Cuba y en su 7ma edición estimulará el intercambio entre científicos, educadores, profesionales, empresarios, representantes gubernamentales y no gubernamentales, estudiantes y todos aquellos interesados en investigar, promover, analizar y conocer sobre diversos problemas ambientales y la forma más sostenible de manejar y gestionar los recursos naturales y sobre todo constituirá un espacio dirigido a formar la conciencia que hoy se necesita para poder salvar a nuestro planeta.

The Convention is the most important international traditional reunion on Environment that is held in Cuba and its 7th edition will encourage the exchange among scientists, educators, professionals, entrepreneurs, government and non government representatives, students and all those dealing with research, promotion, analysis and knowing on the diverse environmental problems and the more sustainable way of managing and planning the natural resources, this meeting will mostly be a space meant to create awareness that it is mostly needed nowadays to be able to save the planet.
