Ecosimbiosis Foundation is a Colombian non – profit organization founded in 2006 by a group of professionals interested in promoting environmental research and management together with local communities. Consequently we work for an environmental and social sustainable development aimed to biodiversity conservation, the proper use of natural resources, the integrated water resource management, the integrated management of coastal and marine ecosystems, and the implementation of sustainable production systems. By promoting social participation and cooperative work among different stakeholders we strive for strengthening these processes and aim for their sustainability.
